Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 2Gather, a trip-planning platform operated by Sour Inspiration LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, adding participants to a trip, or opening a trip itinerary link, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use 2Gather.

2Gather is a coordination platform that allows trip organizers to plan group travel and communicate itinerary details to participants via SMS and email. Organizers manage trips through an authenticated web application. Participants receive notifications and access itinerary information through a personal magic link — no account is required.

2Gather is currently available in the United States only.

To create and manage trips you must register for an organizer account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at legal@eventhorizon.world if you suspect unauthorized access

You may have only one active trip at a time during our MVP period. This limit may be increased in future versions.

2Gather sends SMS messages to trip participants on behalf of organizers. By using 2Gather to invite participants, organizers represent and warrant that:

• They have a pre-existing personal or family relationship with each participant they add, or a reasonable basis to initiate contact via the trip invitation
• The phone numbers provided are accurate and belong to the intended recipients
• They will not use 2Gather to send unsolicited commercial messages or spam
• They understand that each participant must reply YES to the invitation before receiving further trip updates, and that participants who do not reply YES will receive no additional messages

For participants:

• Program description: 2Gather sends trip coordination messages including invitations, itinerary updates, RSVP confirmations, and trip reminders on behalf of trip organizers
• Message frequency: varies by trip. Typically 1–2 messages per week during planning; more frequent on active travel days
• To opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation, then no further messages from this number
• To re-subscribe: reply START
• For help: reply HELP or email support@eventhorizon.world
• Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree not to use 2Gather to:

• Send messages to individuals who have not been personally invited to a genuine trip
• Harvest, scrape, or collect contact information from the platform
• Impersonate another person or organizer, or misrepresent your affiliation with a trip
• Violate any applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, or carrier messaging guidelines
• Transmit any content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform or its underlying infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these restrictions without prior notice.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using 2Gather you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

All content, branding, and software comprising the 2Gather platform is owned by Sour Inspiration LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary software outside of normal platform use.

Trip content you create (itinerary items, descriptions, notes) remains yours. By submitting it to the platform you grant us a limited license to store and transmit it to your participants as part of the service.

2Gather is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will be delivered by any particular time. SMS delivery is subject to carrier availability and cannot be guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sour Inspiration LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use 2Gather, including but not limited to missed trip communications, undelivered messages, or data loss. Our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to 2Gather shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or $100 if you have paid nothing).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sour Inspiration LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of 2Gather, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights, including any TCPA claims arising from messages you caused to be sent to individuals who had not consented.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when we do. Your continued use of 2Gather after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
